The Satellite Club is a vibrant, all‑inclusive community organization dedicated to enriching life in Milnor and the surrounding area. For decades, the club has brought neighbors together through events, celebrations, and hands‑on projects that strengthen local pride and create lasting memories. Whether you’ve lived here your whole life or are new to the area, the Satellite Club offers countless ways to connect, contribute, and enjoy the spirit of community.

The Satellite Club is a non-profit, community-wide organization that has dedicated their time to stimulate recreational activities, recognize outstanding achievements, have taken an active role in improving our community and extended a helping hand for a variety of projects.

Each year the Satellite Club sponsors the Galaxie Award Dinner where an award is given to the most outstanding person of the year, organizes the Miss Milnor Pageant, promotes a scholarship to a deserving student and arranges several holiday parties for children.  This group also donates to the area churches, the park, the library, Post Prom and RIF.

The Satellite Club, along with the VFW and the American Legion recently built the Freedom Park on Main Street.  The park includes a gazebo, beautiful trees and flowers and a monument recognizing the veterans from our community.  A variety of community gatherings have been held here including homecoming, school events and Wednesday night music, car and tractor shows, and lots of fun, food and treats. Watch for advertisements in June, July and August on their Facebook page for a variety of fun filled activities at the Freedom Park.

Satellite Club also operates The Keg, a great place to eat a sandwich or a sweet treat.  The Keg employs the area youth to give our young people work experience.
