Valley Senior Services

Valley Senior Services offers a variety of services to area seniors (60 years and older) to encourage independence and better health for seniors, including home-delivered meals, community dining, transportation, resource services, recreational programming, and health screenings. A monthly newsletter is also published, the Silver Quill, which provides information on events and topics of interest to the senior community.

Valley Senior Services provides healthy, nutritious meals at area Senior Centers.  Meals on Wheels, which are meals delivered to homes, are available for homebound individuals.  Reservations for a meal should be made in advance.
